What to Expect

The Jenkintown Festival of the Arts is presented by the Jenkintown Community Alliance (JCA), a non-profit organization that promotes an alliance between residents and business owners, and facilitates projects and events that enhance the Jenkintown community, making it a better place to live, work and shop.

All proceeds from the Jenkintown Festival of the Arts benefit and support the work the JCA does in the borough of Jenkintown.

Art Vendors

Over 80 booths of artisans selling their handmade crafts. Browse everything from jewelry to pottery, painting to woodcrafts.

Live Performances

There are two music stages and a dance stage. Check the schedules page for musician and dance group bios and performance times.

Kids Court

Kids can play games, get their faces painted, crate their own art, enjoy a bounce house and more. Their art is theirs to take home.

Food and Drinks

Our food court will have several food trucks and carts with a variety of cuisines. Local restaurants and breweries will also have stands with food and drinks.

About the JCA

The Jenkintown Community Alliance (JCA) is a nonprofit organization focused on promoting Jenkintown and the Old York Road Corridor’s strengths and opportunities as a place to live, work and shop.

Organized in 1999, the JCA uses its 501(c)3 tax deductible non-profit status to support community projects that promote Jenkintown.

The JCA is run with a volunteer staff and depends on donations and profits from JCA events to conduct all JCA business.

Festival Location

The Festival takes place outdoors on 6 blocks in the heart of Jenkintown Borough. The main information tent is located at the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Leedom Street.
